and I |
10+ years turning early ideas into products used by thousands — from founding engineer to engineering manager to co-founder.
Incident management for DevOps and SRE teams who care about reliability. Smarter on-call, faster resolution, and uptime tooling built for the way modern engineering teams actually work.
I started my career writing enterprise software at Technovert, learning the fundamentals of building things that actually work under pressure. That instinct for reliability has shaped everything since.
In 2014, I joined Keka HR as a founding team member — employee #1 on the engineering side. Over the next decade I grew alongside the product: from shipping core modules like payroll, leave, and attendance to leading an engineering org of 100+ people across Tribes, Leagues, and Squads.
In 2025, I took the leap to build something of my own. EverUptime is everything I learned about keeping systems healthy — distilled into a product. Early stage, moving fast, staying close to our users.
"The best systems aren't just reliable — they're built by teams who care deeply about the people depending on them."
From first lines of code to leading teams of 100.
Building EverUptime from the ground up — an incident management platform for DevOps and SRE teams who care about uptime. After years of leading engineering at Keka, I finally took everything I learned and bet on something of my own.
Moving fast, staying close to users, building with purpose.
Grew and led engineering teams to 100+ people, building the organizational structures — Tribes, Leagues, Squads — that let us move fast without losing quality. Partnered with product and design to align technical execution with business goals through hypergrowth.
Led the design and delivery of core product modules from inception to launch, driving performance optimizations and mentoring engineers. Collaborated closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps to ship high-quality releases at scale.
Joined as a founding team member and helped build Keka from zero — contributing to the foundational architecture and shipping full-stack features across payroll, leave, attendance, and employee self-service. The early decisions we made shaped a platform that now serves thousands of businesses.
Started my career building enterprise software in .NET, working in agile teams and developing the foundational engineering instincts that have shaped the past decade.
12 products shipped across the Keka HR platform over a decade.
Building EverUptime and always open to conversations about reliability engineering, uptime, developer tooling, or just swapping stories from the startup trenches.
