and I |
A decade building products from zero — from founding engineer and engineering leader at Keka HR to co-founder of OneFinOps and EverUptime.
A unified financial operations platform for Indian businesses — accounts payable, receivable, e-invoicing, GST compliance, and tax filing in one place. Every invoice, every payment, every filing.
Incident management for engineering teams who care about reliability. Smarter on-call, faster resolution, and uptime tooling built for the way modern teams actually work.
I started my career as a fresher at Technovert, where I got my first exposure to building enterprise-grade systems and understanding how software behaves in real-world environments.
From early on, I was driven by a simple instinct — I've always been a problem solver, and I knew I wanted to build something of my own one day. My professional journey gave me the depth and exposure to turn that instinct into execution.
In 2014, I joined Keka HR as an early engineer. Over the next decade, I helped build and scale the product from the ground up — working on core systems like payroll, leave, and attendance, and eventually leading an engineering organization of 100+ people.
A decade at Keka taught me what only scale reveals
→ What works for a team of 10 breaks for a team of 100
→ What works at 1,000 customers breaks at 100,000
→ Complexity doesn't grow linearly — it compounds
Those lessons stayed with me. In 2025, I took the leap to build independently — co-founding OneFinOps, a unified financial operations platform for Indian businesses, and EverUptime, an incident management platform for engineering teams. Two different problems. The same conviction.
After a decade of building products used by thousands of businesses, one thing became clear: the problems that matter most are rarely new. They show up in every company, at every stage. That's what led me to build on my own — not just to ship products, but to solve problems that actually deserve a real solution.
"Build products that solve real problems — so people can focus on what actually matters."
From first lines of code to founding what's next.
Co-founding OneFinOps — a unified financial operations platform built for Indian businesses. Consolidates accounts payable, receivable, e-invoicing, GST reconciliation, TDS filing, and compliance management into a single system, eliminating the fragmentation that costs businesses time, money, and peace of mind.
Building EverUptime from the ground up — an incident management platform for engineering teams who care about reliability. After a decade leading and scaling engineering at Keka, I took everything I learned and built something of my own.
Moving fast, staying close to users, building with purpose.
Grew and led engineering teams to 100+ people, building the organizational structures — Tribes, Leagues, Squads — that let us move fast without losing quality. Partnered with product and design to align technical execution with business goals through hypergrowth.
Led the design and delivery of core product modules from inception to launch, driving performance optimizations and mentoring engineers. Collaborated closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps to ship high-quality releases at scale.
Joined as a founding team member and helped build Keka from zero — contributing to the foundational architecture and shipping full-stack features across payroll, leave, attendance, and employee self-service. The early decisions we made shaped a platform that now serves thousands of businesses.
Started my career building enterprise software in .NET — learning how real systems are designed, shipped, and maintained. The fundamentals I picked up here shaped everything that followed.
Building EverUptime and always open to conversations — about product, engineering leadership, reliability, or what it's like to go from engineer to founder.
